MAK Design + Build of Davis has won recognition in two categories from Houzz, the leading platform for home remodeling and design.
The local residential design-build company was chosen in “Best of Design” and “Best Customer Service” by the more than 40 million monthly unique users in the Houzz community from among more than 2.5 million active home-building, remodeling and design-industry professionals. This is MAK Design + Build’s ninth consecutive year being recognized with the platform’s highest distinction.
“Anyone building, remodeling or decorating looks to Houzz for the most talented and service-oriented professionals” said Liza Hausman, vice president of industry marketing for Houzz. “We’re so pleased to recognize MAK Design + Build Inc.”
Customer service honors are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews a professional received in 2020. A “Best of Houzz 2021” badge will appear on winners’ profiles, as a sign of their commitment to excellence. These badges help homeowners identify top-rated home professionals in every metro area on Houzz. By winning both “Best of Houzz” awards MAK Design + Build is distinguished as being in the top 3% of all home remodeling professionals nationally.
“It’s an honor to be recognized on a site featuring the work of so many talented design and remodeling professionals,” said Ken Kirsch, owner of MAK Design + Build. “We always aim to complete extraordinary projects for our clients and it’s nice to be recognized for our effort. We are especially proud of our team for consistently going above and beyond amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
“We work with wonderful people, our clients, staff, subcontractors and vendors. It’s a team effort and it looks like we are succeeding in bringing out the best in one another!”
